PRON: AX579678AX, Noun: Indicator, Liquid Qu, NSN: 6695-00-045-4522, PN: 114ES224-1; Quantity: Min: 200/Max: 1000, 5 Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ),type contract, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company Cage: 77272 , Lavi Systems Inc. Cage: 0ADZ9, and Parker Hannifin Corp Cage: 26055. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and m anufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential in maintaining the quality of the part. Alternate sources must qualify in accordance with the design controls activity s procedures as approved by the Government engineering activity. A Contractor First Article Test is required. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 200 each, 239 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged t o identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all request s for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
