Description

Federal Supply Class (FSC) 1377, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332995, Flare Case for MJU-57B, in accordance with drawing 3682AS101-A, Quantity: 22,000 each with no variation in quantity and with a 100 percent option quan tity. Production quantity delivered can be incremental. Delivery: First Article quantity of 19 units if not waived due 4 weeks after date of contract award. Total production quantity due 75 days after the First Article is approved. If First Article is wai ved the total production quantity due in 90 days after date of award. FOB Destination, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Distribution Statement D is applicable. Drawing distribution authorized to US Go vernment Agencies and their contractors only. A Military Critical Technical Data, DD form 2345 is required to be on file before drawings peculiar to this procurement are available to prospective contractors. Contractors shall contact the US Canada Joint Certification Office at 1-800-352-3572 or the following website www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr. gov/ or contact the CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate issue date is September 08 2005 with the opening date 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.FedBizOpps.Gov .
