Description
This is a pre-solicatation notice of intent to conduct a commerical item acquisition. The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to procure the following items: Qty: (2) each, Mobile Administration Trailers, Qty: (2) each Mobile Damage Control Trailers, Qty: (2) each, Mobile MK Shop Trailers, Qty: (2) each, Mobile Electrician Trailers, Qty: (2) each, Mobile Electronics Technician Trailers, Qty: (6) each, Mobile Parts Trailers, and Qty: (4) each, Mobile Parts Trailers. Request for Quotation (RFQ) HSCG40-05-Q-41400 shall be available for download from FEDBIZOPPS (www.eps.gov) on or about 14 July 2005. NOTE: THOSE INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING A QUOTATION MUST REQUEST COPIES OF DRAWINGS. Ultimately, it is the offerors responsibility to monitor the EPS system for changes or amendments. In accordance with FAR Case 2002-24, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-26, and FAR Subpart 4.12 - Annual Representations and Certifications, the use of ORCA became mandatory as of January 1, 2005. ORCA is available through the Business Partner Network (BPN) at www.bpn.gov. Contractors shall use ORCA to electronically submit annual Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs). Contractors are no longer required to submit hard copies of their Reps & Certs with each proposal. For contractors to be able to upload their Reps & Certs to ORCA, they must have an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-JUL-2005).
