ATTN: MODIFICATION NO. 2 POSTED 8/23/2005. --- Programming work to develop a set of tools to aid in assessing quality for Forest Inventory Anaylysis data. Totally set-aside for small businesses. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required. Information on this process can be found on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. David Hallen is the Contracting Officer for this project (503-668-1667). -- AMENDMENT NO.2:-- This amendment documents the availability of the FTP site with examples of data for the Pacific Islands Compilation requirement: ---ftp://ftp2.fs.fed.us/incoming/pnw/pfsl/PacificIslands. -- The database application and input flat files are available at the above site publicly. Additionally, the closing date of this Solicitation is also EXTENDED - from 4:30pm on 8/26/2005 - TO 4:30pm on 9/2/2005.
