Description: Furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment and materials necessary for window cleaning services at the VA Medical Center, Canandaigua, New York, as described herein and listed on Attachment No. One, Schedule of Buildings. In Addition to these services, incidental cleaning functions not specifically listed but normally included as general practice within the window cleaning maintenance industry shall be provided; these shall include but not be limited to, use of appropriate cleaning solutions as required, thorough cleaning of glazed surfaces, insect and energy conservation screens, window frames, sills and sashes and replacement of component elements of window units damaged during accomplishment of contractual service.
