Description

The VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center, Glendale, CO proposes to enter into a contract utilizing full and open competition, for performance of Readjustment Counseling Services to eligible veterans located in the State of Colorado, on behalf of the Western Mountain Region 4A Readjustment Counseling Service, Vet Center's located in the the City of Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Denver, Colorado. VISN 19 anticipates up to three awards to providers physically located within the following Counties: Garfield County, LaPlata County, and Park County. The service providers will be required to furnish readjustment counseling program services to Vietnam Era and post Vietnam Era veterans for set fees. Prerequisite include all necessary State and Federal credentials and licenses with a proven performance history pertaining to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), individual, group and family therapy sessions. Interested parties may request a copy of the solicitation, in writing from the Contracting Officer, or may download the solicitation from the Website located at www.fedbizopps.gov. The stated solicitation will be posted and available o/a August 30, 2005.
