Description

Acquire Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), which includes procurement of spares and repair support for the AH-64D helicopter. A Firm-fixed price CLIN will be established for this effort based on a set number of flying hours. Additional CLINs will b e established as Options for additional spares and CLS, and shall be exercised as needed. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. The USG suggest those small business firms or other interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. Solicitation will be issued to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company a subsidiary of the B oeing Corporation, Commercial and Government Entity Code 8V613, located at 5000 East McDowell road, Mesa, Arizona, 85205-9797. Boeing will organize, plan, facilitate, and subcontract as necessary to ensure repair, data reporting, test, configuration contro l, configuration update, and return to service of components returned for depot repair. All repairs shall be considered as part of the firm fixed price. This requirement will be accomplished by a modification to contract DAAH23-00-C-0001. See Numbered No te 22.
