Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Sub Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The contractor shall provide (all) the following items or comparable equal: one (1) each Video Colonoscope, Olympus model CF-Q160DL, part # 020587; One (1) each Oval Biopsy forceps, Olympus model FB-37U-1, part # 026652; One (1) each SD-Handle, Olympus mod el MH264, part # 027004; One (1) each Biopsy Forceps, Olympus model FB-28U, part # 026611; One (1) each Color Chip Video Processor, Olympus model CV-160, part # 025588; One (1) each Cold Light Source, Olympus model CLV-160, part # 025041; One (1) each Colo r Printer, Olympus model UP-21MD, part # E0424500; One (1) box of three (3) rolls Printer Paper, Olympus model UPC-21S, part # E0424501. The place of delivery is U.S. Army MEDDAC AE, Wuerzburg, Unit 26610, APO/AE 09244. The required date of delivery is 0 1 October 2005. A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. Request for Quotation Issue Date is 23 August 2005. Quotation Closing Date is 30 August 2005. This will be an electronic solicitation release. No hard copies will be mailed. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted to FEDBIZOPS (http://www.eps.gov). This acquisition will be conducted using full and open competition procedures. Award will be made on an All or None basis.
