- Seeking sources for a Groupware tool to report incidents, manage escalation, track investigations and analyze resolutions. Minimum requirements are: allow end users to report security incidents; prioritize and track security incidents, management incident escalation, investigations, and forensic activities; manage response team contact information, processes and procedures; attach relevant documents, log files, and digital artifacts, track remediation efforts and document incident post-mortem; perform impact analyses of incidents on critical assets and business processes; compare and correlate among multiple security incidents; generate management and statistical reports, automaticially notify appropriate stake holders regarding incident status and resolutions; and, software is designed to support IT event investigations, not physical and personnel investigations. Include GSA Schedule contract number if applicable. The SEC is interested in obtaining qualified sources only at this time.
