Description
The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate page limitations under Section L.5 Instructions to Offerors. Technical Proposal submissions shall adhere to the following page limitations. Technical Approach - 30 pages; Past Performance - 15 pages; Key Personnel - 3 pages per resume; Corporate Experience - 10 pages; Price Proposal - no page limitation; however, offerors shall only submit information required by the RFP; Subcontracting Plan - no page limitationire interpretation into English? Answer 5: All of the languages listed in the solicitation may be required. Question 6: The RFP includes a requirement to provide a Jr. and Sr. Legal Analyst. How will these individuals interact with the other contract legal advisors and is it anticipated that they will work at the contractor’s facility in the U.S. or at one of the current (or future) overseas operating locations? Answer 6: These are the two categories for legal advisors. They will work off-site in the U.S., at CLDP’s offices for meetings and consultations and in the host countries as projects are outlined. It should be expected that most of the work (approximately 75%) will be done overseas. Question 7: Can you tell me if this has been awarded? What company was awarded the contract? We are interested in offering contracting services to the winner of this contract. Answer 7: Once an award is made, notice of award will be posted to FedBizOpps. Question 8: Do you know how much the contract is worth? Answer 8: No. Question 9: Would you consider our hotel for a lodging option? Answer 9: The DOC will not award by line item. Per Section L of the solicitation, we reserve the right to make multiple contract awards. The successful offeror(s) must be able to fully accomplish all requirements of this contract.
