- Description
- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, is soliciting to identify sources that are capable of performing, inspection, maintenance, and repair of elevator, escalators, dumbwaiters, and material lifts in support of the 96 Civil Engineering Squadron at Eglin AFB, FL. On-base workload would include providing inspection, maintenance, and repair for approximately fifty (50) lifting products. The different types of lifting products consist of hydraulic elevators, traction elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and material lifts. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price requirements type contract with a period of performance 01 Oct 05 through 30 Sep 06 with four (4) one-year option periods for a total performance period of 60 months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238290, with a small business standard size of $12.0 million dollars. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. Interested sources are invited to submit statement of current capability to provide Elevator Maintenance to include company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone, and facsimile numbers and type and business size indicating whether you are a small or large business for the purposes of the assigned NAICS.
