Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO-PL8231), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Data Security Inc., 729 Q Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 for the acquisition of 1 Data Security HD-1T Degausser Part Number 951-0000 (120V 60 Hz) which is certified and NSA approved. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
