Description

NSN 6135-01-501-0833; PR: RPG05186001846; Battery, Non-Rechargeable (Lithium Manganese Dioxide). An Unrestricted Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Contractor First Article Testing (CFAT) is required; DD1222 required with FAT test report; Contractor FAT per tables I and II of MIL-PRF-49471B(CR); Contractor FAT quantity shall be 140 batteries and 55 cells. Government First Article Testing (GFAT) is required; GFAT per paprgraph 3.6.1.2 of TRCECOM002; GFAT sample quantity of 56 batteries and 2 cell strings. See solicitation item description for details of both FAT requirements. Safety Assesment Report (SAR) is required; see solicitation for details. Independent Government Production Testing (IGPT) is required; see solicitation for details. 100% Quantity Option included in solicitation. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as a Firm, Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract. Shelf Life (60 months) and MSDS/Hazardous Warning label requirements are applicable; see solicitation for exact details and documentation requirements. Immediate PR requirement is 5,000 pieces (not including FAT requirements), plus 5.000 pc. 100% Quantity Option. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection. FOB Destination.
