- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Price Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20050726. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3541. NAICS is 333512. The size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (The award will be less than $100,000) will be followed. This purchase will be for a heavy duty blast cabinet for technical order driven maintenance procedure. We are seeking to purchase a vapor blast liquid honing machine 30? WX30? DX40? H. The loading door opening should be 25?w x 33?. The cabinet door is hinge switch to prevent operation, while open operator arm ports fitted with wear resistant rubber gauntlets high output fluorescent cabinet light electric window wiper system with adjustable speed control window rinse nozzles; a full view operator observation window minimum 10-12 gage steel construction type s blast gun with ? ? carbide nozzle; ? stainless steel air jet (minimum 75 cfm at 80 psi); electric foot switch process control: 230 volts, 3 phase minimum ? hp pump motor.
