- Additional information and answers to question. The quotes are required to be received no later than 5:00 PM PST, Monday, 29 August 2005, by either email or fax. All other terms and conditions of this combined solicitation remain the same. The government will provide 2 Eiki LC-X1110 projectors, 2 Da Lite 81794 12?X12? projection screens, and 2 Hitachi 55? plasma screens. Future capability for video conferencing is desired. All equipment should be digital. 1. What is the size of the rack? Is this the only equipment going in the rack the equipment in the solicitation? Something close to 60? high. Eventually there will be additional equipment added (range voice panel and 50 channel display controller) about 6U space worth so whatever amount of space is required for the equipment they supply pluss 10U extra. (a ?U? is the space occupied by the smallest piece of equipment that can be put into a 19? rack; 6U would be space for 6 1U sized items). Rack should have auxillary input for laptop. 2. Are there any additional devices you wish to have controlled by the system? The sytem will need to control equipment provided by the contractor and the projectors (on/off, inputs, etc), plasma displays (on/off, inputs, etc), and the projection screens (raising/lowering). 3. What is the ceiling height in the room? 100 inches
