Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, V A announces its intentions to award a sole source purchase order under the Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Security Products International, Inc. 398 Circle of Progress, Pottstown, PA 19464 for the purchase of the following items: Cli n 0001 Sting DVR w/ 4gig compact flash PN# LCL-2233CF QTY 10, Clin 0002 Color button camera for sting PN# StG-1022a Qty 10, Clin 0003 Heart shaped necklace camera for Sting PN# Stg-98756 II Qty 2. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACC EPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This is a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. All inquiries must be addressed in writing to Ms. Donna Broady and emailed to dlbroad@i nscom.army.mil. Responses to this notice must be received by 12:00 noon EST 30 August 2005. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice may represent the only official notice. Any response to thi s notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
