Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solici tation number is W91YTV-05-T-0233 and is a request for quotation (RFQ) and Notice of Intent to make an award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the FAR or some combination thereof. Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC, has a requirement for a Custom Four Line Decontamination Shelter and Accessories (SD4-WxA08-GZ-0009) manufactured by TVI Corporation. The Government intends to make a Sole Source award to TVI Corporation CLIN 0001: CUSTOM 4 LINE DECON SHELTER AND ACCESSORIES TVI CORPORATION P/N SD4-WxA08-GZ-0009 QUANTITY: 1 EACH SYSTEM PRICE:________________________ The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, apply to this acquisition.
