Description

Restore cabin by replacing drywall throughout flooring, remove lead based paint, rodent proofing, finish carpentry work and paint interior walls. / electronic quote only available@http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS STATEMENT OF WORK A. Description of Work The work to be performed at the Hopper Mountain NWR requires the contractor to transport and provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies and labor to perform the following task: to purchase and install a free-standing wood burning stove in the Hopper Ranch Cabin. The contractor will purchase and install one medium size Regency wood burning stove (or similar model of wood stove) with a black door and no blower. The installation will include a hearth pad, a listed chimney and spark arrestor. The total cost of the parts, labor and delivery will be $4,500.00. The vendor requires a 10% deposit of $450.00 before ordering the parts. The parts take approximately 10 working days to obtain. The remaining balance of $4,050.00 will be due immediately upon completion of the work. For a better description of the wood burning stove, please see attached Regency website printout. B. Location of Work All work is to be performed within the boundaries of the Hopper Mountain NWR located 6 air miles northeast of Fillmore, CA. and 15.8 driving miles.
