Description

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting bids on solicitation number 201815B008 for water re-use conservation project at Uvalde National Fish Hatchery. Work includes: Base Bid Items - Furnish all effort and materials to construct a new water distribution system, drainage system, complete construction in hatchery tank house, and exterior wild rice pad. Project also includes Additive Bid Items - Water well development, SCADA system, metal building, and related miscellaneous. The project is located at Uvalde National Fish Hatchery, Uvalde, Uvalde County, Texas. The price estimated price magnitude is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The total performance period is expected to be 180 calendar days or less. Bid evaluation will be on firm fixed price, low bid, responsive and responsible contractor. The project is solicited unrestricted full and open competition. Both small and large businesses are invited to submit bids. We anticipate a pre bid site investigation, or conference to be held October 18, 2005. Contact Jae Ahn, or designee for coordination (830-278-2419). The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or about September 22, 2005. Requests for formal bid packages will not be accepted. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
