Description: This one (1) year firm period, and four (4) year option period Contract requires one (1) call out US flag tug to provide harbor support services in the Puget Sound, Washington area. Vessel requirements include a twin screw or better propulsion system; at least 2,000 Shaft Horsepower; and non-marking surface and sub-surface fendering. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will contain further vessel requirements as this is not a full list. Two (2) callouts are estimated per year. The RFP will be released on approximately 30 AUGUST 2005.
