Description: FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Office intends to modify existing purchase order N00140-05-P-0513 with PhyAmerica Government Services, Inc. for medical clerk services in support of the Family Practice and Pediatric Clinics at the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), Naval Hospital, Oak Harbor, WA. The medical clerk services to be provided in support of Naval Hospital, Oak Harbor shall consist of a three month period of performance commencing on or around 01 October 2005 through 31 December 2005. This action is required in order to provide the Naval Hospital with medical clerk services until award of a follow-on contract is completed. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Numbered note 22 applies.
