Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General (DHS/OIG), intends to acquire on a sole-source basis through 1120 Vermont Avenue Associates, Washington DC, replacement and maintenance of a UPS unit. The lessor is responsible for the operation of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General (DHS/OIG) mechanical/building systems and any upgrade or maintenance to those systems. No solicitation document is available. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements, and that it is more advantageous to the Government. If an affirmative response has not been received by 2:00 PM EDT on August 31, 2005, a sole-source award will be made to 1120 Vermont Avenue Associates. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted.
