Description
Notice is hereby provided that the refreshed Standing Solicitation for Multiple Award Schedule 871 II, Energy Services (ES) will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on the Internet at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about August 23, 2005. This new solicitation number, TFTP-EJ-000871-B (Refresh 2), will replace solicitation number TFTP-EJ-000871-1 (posed July 15, 2002) and includes updated clauses and provisions. If offerors have not expended significant effort under the previous version, it is requested that they propose under the refreshed solicitation. Vendors are responsible for payment to Open Ratings Inc. for past performance evaluation. The types of commercial services and Special Item Numbers (SIN) are as follows: Energy Management Program Support (SIN 871-200); Energy Audit Services (871-201); Introduction of New Services (871-299). This solicitation, a Worldwide Federal Supply Schedule does not have a closing date and contracts awarded will have variable contract periods. The schedule period will be continuous and will be for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts, allowing for a Labor Hour Task Order based on Firm Fixed Prices. Contract periods will commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years after DOA, (unless extended based on the three 5-year options, to extend the term of the contract) IAW Clause I-FSS-163, OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (EVERGREEN). GSA is only issuing this solicitation/request for proposal through the FedBizOpps Internet Site. Interested parties may access the solicitation @ http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. This site contains automatic notices of acquisitions. Prices requested will be FOB Designation for SINs 871-200, 871-201 and 871-299. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency.
