- NSN: 8415-01-092-0039 (PGC: 10262) Mitten, Heat Protective, Quantity: Base Year 13,500 pr Minimum, 36,000 pr Maximum plus 2 one-year term options Quantity: 5,000 pr Minimum, 36,000 pr Maximum. This procurement will be issued as a total small business set-aside and will utilize the Best Value method for source selection. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidder. All responsible sources may submit offers which DSCP shall consider. Technical proposals submitted are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs), Experience/Past Performance, and DLA Mentoring Agreement. Product Demonstration model requirement: three (3) each. This shall be in accordance with MIL-M-11199, Deliveries starting 180 days after the date of award to the New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA depots. FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
