Description

Questions and Answers: 1. Q: The Section B referred to in the solicitation is actually the ?amendment to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 01?, correct? A: The Combined synopsis/solicitation would not fit so it had to be continued into amendment #1 2. Q: The Contractor is required to acquire security clearance for all employees who are working on tasks that are determined to be confidential. Is that at the contractor?s expense or the Government?s expense? A: Security Clearances are required for all employees who are working on tasks that are determined to be confidential. The Government will notify the contractor thirty days after award which employees will need security clearances. The Government will pay for the required clearances. 3. Q: Section B hours is that for the full year? A: Even though it is broken down for monthly hours the total estimated amount should be for the 12 month period. 4. Q: Place of Performance? A: The contractor will be required to work at buildings at the NIH (on-site). 5. Q: Do you have a certain format for responding to the RFQ or do we submit on our quote form?
