- The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV is soliciting offers for Indoor Bleachers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4861-05-Q-B118 and will be issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 337127 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is for indoor bleachers. Seating ? Maxam Series Model MXM28 Telescoping Bleachers ? 6 rows X 98? Long. Wall attached MVP Plastic Seating Solid or Two Tone ? PF Powered Frame Pendant ? Switch Controlled Power Operation. Non ? Slip tread and self-storing end rail ada wheelchair seating. Includes installation as well as removal and disposal of existing bleachers. Brand name or equal items will be accepted. . If you are submitting other than Brand name, you must submit descriptive literature, which will be reviewed by the customer for suitability with your proposal ? items submitted as ?or equal? without descriptive literature will be considered unacceptable.
