- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, FA4416-05-Q-0146, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 423440. The size is 100 employees. In order to achieve maximum competition this solicitation is unrestricted. The requirement is for 1 Meiko, Model B-US231 LPW flight type conveyor dishwasher or EQUIVALENT. The dishwasher must be within the following specifications, single tank, 4? 7-1/8? with load end 3? 7-/4? clear loading area, 2? 11-3/8? pre-wash section, 4? 3-1/8? combination wash/final rinse sections, and 9? 10-1/8? unload end with 7? 5/8? clear unloading. Total overall dimensions 21? 7-7/8?. Must be right to left operation, 208Volt/60 HZ/ 3PH, should have built-in steam booster heater, steam coil tank, waste air heat recovery system, and single blower dryer. The contractor will also be responsible for delivery and installation, which includes disconnecting and moving the unit outside. Quotes are due no later than 1 September 2005. Delivery is required no later than 10 weeks after date of award.
