- This requirement is in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport and is a synopsis for commercial items. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for proposal is N00253-05-T-0103. The NUWC Keyport has a requirement for the following: CLIN 0001: 1 First Article, Single Card Data Recorder in accordance with NAVSEA drawings and detailed specifications*; CLIN 0002 Production Units ? Single Card Data Recorder in accordance with NAVSEA drawings and detailed specifications*. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334112 and has a size standard of 1,000 employees. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. The solicitation will be available for download on 25 August 2005. Contractors shall ensure current registration in the DoD Cnetral Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no paper copies of this RFP/amendments will be mailed! . After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must complete DD Form 2345, Miliatary Critical Technical Data Agreement. The RFQ (request for quote) posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to kosteleckydl@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the Keyport website. RFQ (solicitation package) posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and is be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://www-keyport.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil/NECO/Solicitation.htm). Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Any questions or requests for ! drawings should be submitted in writing via fax at (360) 396-7036 above or e-mailed to kosteleckydl@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation. *The following drawings referenced in CLINS 0001 through 0002 are Export Controlled: 7608051 (No revisions), 7608054 (No Revisions), 7608052 (No Revisions) and 7608055 (No Revisions). Only vendors that are registered with the DOD, Joint Certification Program and provide a completed DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement are eligible to receive copies of the drawings. The Export Controlled Drawings will be provided under separate cover in accordance with the requirements stated in ?Instructions for Obtaining Export-Controlled Technical Data? and completion of Attachment 1, DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement.
