Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is currently accepting quotations for snow and ice removal services. The location for the service is the BEP Washington, D.C. facilities. The services shall include the two buildings, surrounding sidewalks, parking lot areas and any other areas as designated in the attached ?PERFORMANCE BASED STATEMENT OF WORK?. The term of the services is a base year with four (4) one-year option years. Funding is not currently available for this requirement. Funding may become available as of the beginning of the base period (October 1, 2005). Funding for each option year may be provided at the time the option periods are exercised. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for small business. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 561730. The following are the items that will be used to evaluate quotations; they are listed in descending order of importance; 1 Past Performance, 2 Quality Control Program, 3 Reporting procedures Contractors must submit a written quote using the standard SF-18 or company letter head, to the contact the Contract Specialist, (David J.
