- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. This posting is to inform potential providers that Dover Air Force Base, Delaware has a requirement for the following six (6) Items: ITEM 1: Two (2) UT-2100 Boat Trailers, capacity is 2100 lbs, length is 20 feet, tire size is B-78x13 inches, weight is 399 lbs, width is 91 inches, coupler size is 2 inches, finish is natural, and quote is for same or like item. ITEM 2: Two (2) Alumacraft V16 Boats that are 16 ft 7 inches in length, width is 70 inches, weight is 287 lbs, maximum H.P. is 40, hull thickness is .070 inches, capacity is 5/1255 lbs, includes live well, boat exterior color is light gray, interior is dove gray, accent decals in black, and quote is for same or like item. ITEM 3: Two (2) 30EL 4-Stroke Mercury Outboard Motors with Electronic Start, Long Shaft (20 inches), and quote is for same or like item. ITEM 4: Four (4) Mercury Motors, 9.9M 4-Stroke Outboard with Manual Steering, and quote is for same or like item. ITEM 5: Four (4) Tracker Riveted Jon Boats, Topper 14LW, Length is 13 ft 11 inches, bottom is 36 inches, beam is 53 inches, transom is short, maximum H.P. is 20, capacity is 3/50 lbs, hull material is 063 aluminum, weight is 155 lbs, and quote is for same or like item. ITEM 6: Four (4) Tracker Utility Trailers Model 14, length is 14 foot, galvanized, and quote is for same or like item. The details of contract: THIS IS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Only service-disabled veterans are eligible for award. The North American Industry Classification system code is 441222. The business must have less than 500 employees to be considered small business.
