Description

The Army Research Office is issuing Amendment 0001 to Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) number, W911NF-05-R-0010, entitled: Chemical and Biological Defense Initiative Fund to include three additional technology areas in Section 2. TECHNOLOGY AREAS O F INTEREST. Those three additional areas are entitled: (1) Broad Spectrum Chemical Detection Technology, (2) Generic Biosensor Development, and (3) Point Detector Performance Models and Sensitivity Enhancement. Section 3. GENERAL INFORMATION, 3.3 Instruc tions and Points of Contact, is amended to change an email address, and Section 4. PROPOSAL PREPARATION, 4.2 Proposal Submittals, is amended to extend the due date for proposals to October 9, 2005. Amendment 0001 and broad agency announcement are located at ARO web site: http://www.arl.army.mil/aro/research/index.htm. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541710 -- Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, a nd Life Sciences. The Government reserves the right to not make an award if it is not in the best interest of the Government.
