- The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for delivery of 3,157,860 gallons (gal) of commercial Aviator?s Breathing Oxygen (ABO), Type II, IAW MIL-PRF-27210G, dated 4 Apr 97, and Amendment 1, dated 24 Jan 00, and delivery of 1,583,240 gal of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), Type II, Grade B, Class 1 of Commercial Item Description A-A-59503, dated 1 Jun 00, FOB Destination with delivery to Dyess AFB TX, Lackland AFB TX, Laughlin AFB TX, Randolph AFB TX, Sheppard AFB TX, Ellington ANGB TX, Minot AFB ND, Hector Field ND, Offutt AFB NE, Whiteman AFB MO, St Joseph ANG MO, St Louis ANG MO, Little Rock AFB AR, Fort Smith ANG AR, Vance AFB OK, Tinker AFB OK, Tulsa ANG OK, Altus AFB OK, Oklahoma ANG OK, General Mitchell ARS WI, Truax Field ANGB WI, Peoria ANG IL, Springfield ANG IL, Scott AFB IL, Alpena ANG MI, Battle Creek ANG MI, Selfridge ANGB MI, Duluth ANG MN, St Paul ANG MN, and Sioux City ANG IA. The resultant contract(s) will be a five-year, firm fixed price requirements-type contract(s). The contract ordering period will be from 1 January 2006 through 31 December 2010. Offerors are required to have the capability to support bulk shipments. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 15 August 2005 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov.
