- NSN: 3040-01-126-6034 PR: 0011467798 Shaft, Axle. Approved sources are: Purdy Corp (15152) and Sikorsky (78286) P/N 65261-08035-101. Qty (including option quantity) 87 + 87 ea to be delivered to SNC and AQ5 180 days after date of award. This is a Navy CSI. This is a BSM. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes(s): 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FebBizOpps on its issue date of 08/25/05. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 78268 and 15152. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
