- Notification is amended: five more National Stock Numbers has been added to the procurment and being placed in the universe of this procurement with the intent to add to core in future. Number Notes: 1, 9, and 26 applies: The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand of Federal Stock Class (5330) Rubber Sheet Solid. Solicitation SP0500-05-R-0095 is being issued to support this initiative for various 5330 Rubber Products. This initiative will fall under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The initial solicitation will require pricing for 28 core items only. The delivery requirement will be 120 days and the list of core items is attached. Award will be by lot. Prospective contractors should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. Subject solicitation will be issued as 100% Small Business Concern basis with the resultant contract being an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for two (2) base years with three (3) one-year options. This will be a best value source selection acquisition in which technical merit is considered equally important to cost or price. Solicitation SP0500-05-R-0095 is expected to be issued on August 25, 2005 and may not become available until the solicitation issue date. The required drawing may be requested from Monica D.
