- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking proposals from business entities interested in participating in a 100 % Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). This solicitation is being issued under FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation covers a single item: NSN 6220-00-790-7780, Spotlight, i/a/w CID NR A-A-52488. This is a fully competitive item. Solicitation SP0500-05-R-0080 is expected to be issued September 07, 2005 with an estimated closing date of September 28, 2005. The solicitation is for an estimated annual quantity of 1,300 EA, and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 2 year base plus three (3) one-year options. Delivery shall be to CONUS stock locations, and inspection will be at destination. The delivery schedule is 120 days. The evaluation of offers will utilize Best Value procedures with Past Performance and Price assigned Equal Importance. Prospective contractors should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability.
