Description: The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with State Net, 2101 K St, Sacramento, California 95816-6492. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The purpose of this procurement is to have State Net provide on-line access to legislative and regulatory bills for the Federal and state Government. State Net is the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is twelve months. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file.
