- The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Acquisition Center, has a requirement for STOCKINETTE . This item will be procured under a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. All offerors shall be required to submit product samples and product literature by the solicitation closing date. The contract period will be for a base period of one year plus four one-year option periods. Estimated annual quantities and sizes are listed as Types: Bias, 3 inches, non-sterile 10; 4 inches, 1,350 sterile, 332 non-sterile; 6 inches, 1,541, 15 non-sterile; 8 inches, 21 non-sterile. Impervious and Tubular: 1 inch, 17 sterile; 2 inches, 255 sterile, 139, non-sterile; 3 inches, 420 sterile, 139, non-sterile; 4 inches, 3,587 sterile, 1,932 non-sterile; 5 inches, 19 sterile; 13 non-sterile; 6 inches, 5,891 sterile, 472 non-sterile; 8 inches, 900 sterile, 11 non-sterile; 9 inches, 3,773 sterile, 539 non-sterile; 10 inches, 125 sterile, 76 non-sterile; 12 inches, 10,779 sterile, 21 non-sterile; 16 inches, 680 sterile. Technical Specifications 1. Assorted sizes 3 inches to 16 inches. 2. Sterile presentation. 3. Impervious single ply. 4. Assorted lengths, 30 inches by 60 inches. 5. Single use. 6. Non-sterile single ply available. 7. Sterile 2-ply non-impervious available. If offeror is not a manufacturer, a signed agreement between the offeror and the Small Business manufacturer must be submitted by the offeror with offer guaranteeing the solicitation quantities from the Small Business manufacturer for the base and four option periods. The end product furnished must be manufactured or produced in the United States or its outlying areas. OFFERS ARE NOT BEING SOLICITED AT THIS TIME.
