- The VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System intends to purchase the following equipment from Medtronic Peripheral Division. Anyone feeling they can provide an equal item must demonstrate that their item is equivalent to this system in all aspects. Items are: (1) 08EMPIDRSW32 Eight Channel ID Esophageal Manometry application system; (2) SS4EM EM Solid State Pressure Catheter; (3) 9043S0411 Polygram Net; (4) SS4ARM Anorectal Solid State Catheter; (5) 2BravoS Bravo 1 pH system. Any system proposed MUST have the Bravo pH capacity. Any quotes must include software and trade in discount for current system. Companies who feel they can offer an item that is equivalent in quality and function may submit their descriptive literature and price quote in the following manner: (1) e-mail to Brenda.birks@med.va.gov, (2) fax to the attention of Brenda Birks at (402) 943-5538 or mail literature to Brenda S. Birks/90C, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System, Omaha Division, 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105. All responses must be received by September 2, 2005 in order to be considered.
