Description

The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, Florida hereby gives notice of its intention to award a sole source purchase order to Remedy for the Remedy Help Desk (English) APP W/AR NT P/N HD-EN-AR-NTX, S/N 132-33. Remedy Help Desk Software provides an integrated, end-to-end approach to IT Service Management, automating our ability to submit, monitor, and manage help desk cases, change request, and asset inventory records. It also indicates which services are impacted by a given incident or problem, thereby allowing us to determine which are priorities, based on need. This is for a licensed software package available from only the manufacturer of software, ?Remedy.? Therefore, the license maintenance agreement to include products and technical support is available only from this source. This item is a licensed product through BMC Software.
