- Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform Remedial Maintenance (RM) Support Service for one Thermal Equipment Autoclave, in accordance with manufacturer?s specifications and the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance is 1-Basic Year and one 1-year option. Service expected to start 15 Oct 2005. Destination: Tinker AFB, OK. The Request for Proposal (RFP), FA8101-06-Q-0004, will be issued via fax. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 12 Sep 05 and approximate response date for bids 12 Oct 05. Contractor is required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional CCR registration information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov.
