The 347th Contracting Squadron/MSCB is intending on awarding a Blanket Purchase Agreement sole source to Innovation Associates. Services shall be for an extended warranty. Includes standard cabinets, filling lines, workstations and PharmASSIST Symphony Software. Extended Warranty for 12-month period of 10/01/05 - 09/30/06. CLIN 0002: FSS Item no: SIG1/G - Signature Capture Kit with BC Scanner. Extended Warranty for 12-month period of 10/01/05 - 09/30/06. CLIN 0003: FSS Item no: MU/G - Monitor Upgrade to Touch Screen.
