Description

The Hawaii Army National Guard intends to negotiate a sole source fixed price commercial contract with Telephonics Corporation, 789 Park Avenue, Huntington, NY 11743 for the purchase of TruLink communications equipment for use in the UH-60L helicopt er. Authority is FAR 6.302-1. TruLink is approved for use by AMCOM. Equipment consists of--48 EA TruLink Portable Transceiver #780-1000-001; 4 EA TruLink Access Point #780-2000-02; 4 EA TruLink Support Station #780-3000-001; 4 EA TruLink Audio Adapter Cab le #780-4000-001; and 4 EA TruLink Power Adapter Cable #780-5000-001. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals to this office by 11:00 pm HST 9 SEP 2005 to the attention of the POC de signated below. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be considered.
