- This proposed procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The Government intends to procure through Simplified Acquisition Method (commercial items). NAICS 325188; small business size standard 1,000 employees. Supply approximately 270 tons of aqua ammonia to the Dalecarlia and McMillan Water Treatment Plants. Aqua ammonia shall be certified as suitable for contact with or treatment of drinking water by an accredited certified organization in accordance with ANSI/NSF Standard 60, Drinking Water Treat ment Chemicals Health Effects. Contract is for a one year period from 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006. The total estimated amount is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors may view and/or download solicitation information from the Internet at http://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. Contractors may register to be placed on the Bidders/Offe rors mailing lists by going to the website: http://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil. In order to reduce the possibility of error and to increase the quality of our service to you, all deliveries, packages, etc. must include the name of the particular contract specia list for the particular project. All deliveries, packages, etc. of more than one box or container must be bound together by tape or other means. In order to comply with Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Cent ral Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
