Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: W9114F-05-R-0036 issued as a request for quotation (RFP). A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. Solicitation, amendments and other misc ellaneous documents will be posted to FedBizOpps (http://www.eps.gov). It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. This acquisition will be conducted using Full and Open competition procedures. The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase the following items: Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001, Olympus Video Gastroscope GIF 2T160, ART NO. 020554 , Therapeutica lly Exera Gastro scope w/2 working channels, memory-chip and FRSC, outer diameter distal end 13.2mm, outer diameter insertion tube 12.6mm, Working channel 3.7mm/2.8mm, working length, QTY 1 each; CLIN 0002, Olympus Video Colonoscope CF Q160AL QTY 5 each; C LIN 0003, OLYMPUS VIDEO GASTROSCOPE GIF 160 QTY 4 each; Electrical Requirements 230V/50Hz; 2 copies each of Operator and Maintenance/Service Manuals per unit in English Language; Display, Control Labels and ALL Software Version Copies must be in English Language for operating and subsystem components, if required. Warranty statement will be provided in English. The place of delivery and acceptance will be Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, PBM Bldg 3739, 66849 Landstuhl/Kirchberg, Germany. The contract or will provide the earliest delivery date. All offerors must quote FOB Destination, LRMC, ATTN: MMB, CMR 402, APO AE 09180.
