- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N68836-05-T-CC02 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Set-aside for Small Business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 are applicable to this procurement. 0001 Engine Oil 300 drums Antiform and saltwater resistant, 55 gallon, viscosity at rated temp 11.90 Minimum 210 deg Fahrenheit and 14.50 max 210 deg., 10.0 deg, minimum Flashpoint and test method 390.0 deg. Fahrenheit Cleveland Open Cup Delivery point: Ocean Terminal, 8998 Blount Island , Jacksonville, FL 32226. Interested vendors must submit offers no later than 13 September 2005 in order to be considered.
