- AMENDMENT NO. 0009 to the subject JHITS solicitation is hereby issued and the specific sections are now available for viewing/downloading on the JHITS website at url address "https://jhits2.nctamspac.navy.mil/vendor". (Note: Instructions to register for access to the website are contained in previous postings for this solicitation.)/// a. This amendment is issued to affect changes in the Section B CLIN 1010, DTS CLINs 1100 – 1300, Section H, Section I and Section J, Attachment J1./// b. The specific changes to the Section B CLINs are as follows: 1) CLIN 1010 – CLIN 1010AN was added as part of Amendment 0006 but was not included in the posted SF30. Additional modifications were made. Replace CLIN 1010 with CLIN 1010 Amendment 0009./// 2) CLINS 1100 – 1300: minor editorial/format corrections (e.g, spacing, font size)./// 3) CLIN 1100: Updated quantities for the Emergency/Expedite CLINs XXXX AU and XXXX AW in all PYs; Corrected “0” quantities to “1” for CLINs XXXX CA, CB, CC in PY1; changed CLIN XXXX DF description from “same” to “different” in all PYs; for CLIN XXXX FC, changed Note 11 to Note 10 in PY1; for CLIN XXXX FE, changed 11/111/1111 to 10/100/1000 in PY1; for CLIN XXXX FG, changed 11 to 10 in PY1; for CLIN XXXX FJ, changed 111 to 100 in PY1; for CLIN XXXX FL, changed 1111 to 1000 in PY1; deleted “ordered” from Note 6 in all PYs; relocated position of “Note 2” from heading to CLIN description in all PYs; modified Note 2 in all PYs./// 4) CLIN 1130: changed CLIN XXXX CF description from “same” to “different” in all PYs; deleted “ordered” from Note 5 in all PYs; relocated position of “Note 2” from heading to CLIN description in all PYs; modified Note 2 in all PYs./// 5) CLIN 1200: changed CLIN XXXX DF description from “same” to “different” in all PYs; relocated position of “Note 2” from heading to CLIN description in all PYs; modified Note 2 in all PYs./// 6) CLIN 1300: added CLINs XXXX AT and XXXX AU; changed CLIN XXXX CF description from “same” to “different” in all PYs; corrected CLINs 1300 CD and 1308 DB quantities in PY5 and 6; relocated position of “Note 2” from heading to CLIN description in all PYs; modified Note 2 in all PYs./// c. In Section H, replace Pages H-3 through H-6 with H-3 through H-6 Amendment 0009 to correct the data rates in Tables H2-2a, H2-2b, H2-2c, H2-5a, H2-5b, and H2-5c./// d. In Section I, former Paragraph I13 is changed to Paragraph I14 and the Paragraph I13 reflects the addition of the DFARS clause 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation. Replace Pages I-7 through I-12 with Pages I-7 through I-17 Amendment 0009./// e. In Section J, Attachment J1, replace Page J1-110 with Page J1-110 Amendment 0009 to update the data rate headings, unit of measure, standard data rates, and SONET/SDH rates in Table 4-4. Replace Page J1-118 with J1-118 Amendment 0009 to change ‘radio’ to ‘ratio’ in Table 4-11./// f. All other conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged by issuance of the subject RFP amendment./// g.
