Description

The following information is provided in response to an question from industry. Regarding item (1) SG-XARY030A, 72" rack cabinet: A used SG-XARY030A rack may be quoted if: (A) The same warranty package is in place for the used racks that applies new racks; and (B) details of the warranty are submitted in writing with the quote. All other equipment must be new. Other than a rack that complies with this new information, all other equipment offered may not be used. See combined synopsis/solicitation HC1047-05-T-4038 for a complete list of items. All items must be quoted. Partial quotes will not be considered. All responsible interested parties should provide a quote by email to the contracting officer at Nancy.McClain@disa.mil not later than 0500 hours eastern time Wednesday morning 31 August 2005. This is a sole-source buy of Sun Microsystems products. No other make or model will be considered for award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-AUG-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
