Description

This requirement previously advertised as W912J6-REMEDIATE is reposted as W912J6-05-T-0019. This project is subject to availability of FY 06 funding. Award is anticipated in first quarter FY 06. The Hawaii Army National Guard is seeking to award a fi rm-fixed price contract to provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to carry out the safe removal and disposal of visible mold growth and the removal and disposal of mold-contaminated items at Bldg 1898, Kalaeloa (Oahu), HI. The solicitation contai ns additional information and requirements including a Statement of Work and a Mold Surve Report dated July 2005. This is a small business set-aside. However, in the best interest of the Government, this requirement utilizes the cascading set-aside prefere nce for small business awards. Large business sources are welcomed to submit an offer. However, if two or more competitive offers are received from qualified small businesses, offers received from large business sources will not be considered for award. Ca scading set-aside preference is 1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns;(2) Woman-Owned Small Business concerns;(3)Small Disadvantaged Business concerns; and Small Business concerns. Best value factors are technical, price and past perfor mance. As this is a reposting of W912J6-REMEDIATE, interested offerors currently on the bidders mailing list should not re-request this solicitation. The date and time for receipt of offers is Oct 7, 2005, 11:00 a.m. Hawaiian Standard Time.
