Description

SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The U.S. Air Force intends to award a sole source contract for installation on previously purchased range equipment at Creech AFB, NV. This is a follow-on action, and the completion date is 11 Nov 05. The award will be to Action Target, 1281 W. 220 N, Provo, UT 84601. Statutory authority for this sole source award is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
