Description

Offers for this acquisition are due on 6 September 2005, 10:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time. Fax offers to: DITCO-PAC, Attn: Lois Noneza, (808) 472-2522 or email offers to lois.noneza@disa.mil. Offers are urged to confirm receipt of offers. The Statement of Work has been revised, please contact Lois Noneza for a copy. The following evaluation criteria is added and made part of this requirement. This is a best value procurement. The technical factor is of most importance, and is equal to the combined past performance and cost factors. The following three factors are listed in order of importance: Technical Factor a. The offeror shall describe the availability of personnel with minimum security clearance of SECRET, their appropriate skill level, and ability to perform under this solicitation. b. The offeror shall provide a plan to be able to report to the CPF Fleet Command Center within two hours after notification to fix any problems with the AMX programming. Past Performance. The offeror shall provide a listing of similar jobs that they have successfully completed, including a statement of past experience and capabilities related to AMX control system programming. The offeror shall provide a list of references, point of contact, phone numbers, email addresses. Cost. The offeror shall provide a cost breakdown of offered prices.
